A record of some of the flora and fauna discovered on a Shropshire farm which has not been subject to modern agricultural practices.

During April to September the farm is the home for good numbers of swallows which is a good indication of a plentiful food supply and suitable nesting habitat.  In many locations this species is in serious decline.

The farm owners do appreciate the wildlife and do everything possible to protect the natural habitat.
